The Layout:
This home has four stories. The ground floor has a two car garage as well as one bedroom with a queen size bed and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second floor has a large designer finished living room along with an oversized bedroom including two twin trundle beds (4 twin beds in all) equip with a vanity area and en suite bathroom. The third floor encompasses two large bedrooms. First bedroom offers a queen size bed, large flat screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has stellar views overlooking downtown Nashville, and offers two queen beds, a large flat screen TV, a twin day bed. The en suite bathroom has dual sinks and large individual shower and bathtub! The rooftop deck is located on the fourth floor and includes ample seating along with a custom built grill/sink combo overlooking the Nashville skyline.

Summary: We had a group of 10. Place accommodated everyone very comfortably , kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your party. Downtown and midtown are only few min away with uber. Summary: This was a great location to share with friends wanting to spend a few days in Nashville. Short Uber to Broadway, short walk to the Gulch neighborhood, safe for those who wanted to walk or run in the morning. There were enough beds for 12 adults to sleep comfortably. We had a great time!

Summary: The home was close to everything. Really liked have a garage for the car. The house is excellent for a large group. All you need to bring is your sundries and coffee. The kitchen is well equipped the master bath is like a spa.

Summary: Our stay here was fantastic. The communication from the owners was first rate. They went above and beyond. At one point, the Keurig machine stopped working and they had another deliver that same day. We had such an amazing time in Nashville and we would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Great views of the city, easily walkable to the gulch, Broadway was about a half hour walk. Beds were comfortable, rooftop view fantastic (although a little cold, darn it) Lincoln, the owner was responsive to all my questions beforehand and extremely helpful.
